1) Sourcing of business by identification of customers in the assigned village, forming of Joint liability groups, verification of the residence and business of the customer and KYC etc
2) Collection of current dues Group-wise collection as per scheduled time, deposit of collection money and MERC (system) entry
3) Assisting the MC-IC for disbursement activity and loan documentation
